Growing up was pretty exciting for me. I am one of 7 children and my parents were always welcoming meaning if anyone needed a home, our doors were always open. You can just imagine the Loud house i lived in just from that one sentence. There was never a dull moment growing up in the butlers residence, but i feel like that had a lot to do with who I am today.
I’ve had to share my space with many people and many different personalities for years. I’ve had to listen and communicate in order to keep peace. I was always the creative child, so I was forced to get creative on ways we could stay connected as a family. That didn’t always work. But most importantly I was forced to not only look through other perspectives but also to choose which one I was going to follow in life. Once I figured out who i wanted to be in the mist of all the chaos, i was able to realize what a real leader I was. I love people, and i grew to love change. I love the challenges it takes you to get to the top. I love holding myself accountable for the things I struggle with. I love life and all that it comes with.
